A pitch is ready, a washroom needs attention or an activity team needs a colleague. Plan your campsite radios around the people who need to talk at the same time and the routes between their work areas.

Which routes does your team need to cover?
- Reception: coordinate arrivals and pitch changes with the relevant colleagues.
- Housekeeping: share updates between washroom buildings and reception.
- Maintenance: ask for help at entrances, service points and buildings.
- Activities: coordinate meeting points and changes within the team.
These are planning examples, not documented customer deployments. Keep your established alarm and emergency-call procedures.
Choose for the site before choosing a model
For use in Germany, start with the appropriate PMR446 version. PMR446, US FRS, GMRS and amateur radio are different systems. The same brand or channel number does not establish compatibility or suitability for a location.
Describe buildings, changes in elevation, trees, your longest important routes and any existing radios. Walls and other obstacles affect communication. An advertised kilometre figure cannot establish coverage across your campsite. Check the important routes using the devices you intend to use.
The JUCJET 88E PMR446 is one starting point for straightforward team communication. If your work involves wet conditions, accessories or existing equipment, confirm the exact version first. We do not make a general weather-resistance or accessory-compatibility promise here.
Before choosing accessories, check how each person will carry the radio and operate the talk button while doing the job. Include an earpiece fit and clip check in your site trial. Tell us if voice activation is essential; an earpiece alone does not establish that requirement is met. The quote should name the regional model and the accessories included in the chosen pack.
Count packs and radios separately
- 10 radios: 5 two-radio 88E packs. One planning example is 2 for reception, 3 for housekeeping, 3 for maintenance and 2 for activities. This is an illustrative allocation.
- 20 radios: for example, 5 four-radio 88E packs. Include handovers and any spare devices in your total.
- 50 or more radios: confirm quantity, pack size and the available fulfilment source in a written quotation.
The existing volume tiers are calculated by pack size. Different packs do not contain the same number of radios; accessories do not count towards the radio tiers. Your final quotation separates packs, total radios, tax, shipping and accessories.
How we prepare your quotation
- Tell us the delivery and use countries, number of radios and important communication routes.
- We check the model, configuration, availability and delivery route, resolving missing information before a binding quotation.
- The quotation states price, tax treatment, shipping and the confirmed delivery timing. New business customers pay before dispatch through the agreed existing payment channel.

Procurement questions
Will one radio cover the whole site?
Both parties need a radio to communicate. Coverage depends on the actual routes and obstacles. Describe the critical links; the site's area alone is not enough.
Can we keep using our existing radios?
Tell us the model and regional version. Frequencies and, where used, CTCSS/DCS settings must match. These tones do not encrypt a conversation. Do not copy another device's assumed factory settings without checking.
How many radios do we need across shifts?
Count simultaneous users, handovers and required spares. Your total staff count is not automatically the number of radios needed at once. Describe the charging arrangements too.
Can we obtain an invoice and pay by bank transfer?
Yes. The existing business process offers invoicing and payment by card, PayPal or bank transfer. The applicable tax treatment and final payment instructions are confirmed for the order.
Can we test radios first?
Tell us what you need to evaluate. A free trial, trial period or return arrangement outside the applicable terms requires a separate agreement.
