Política de reembolso

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at ka@jucjet.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution. Reporting later does not affect your statutory rights.

To exchange an item, please initiate a return request. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union and United Kingdom 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason, in accordance with EU and UK consumer protection laws. To exercise this right, contact us at ka@jucjet.com within the 14 days and return the goods within 14 days of telling us.

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. If the value of the goods is reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning, we may deduct the corresponding amount from your refund. Please keep the original packaging where possible and include proof of purchase.

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at ka@jucjet.com.

Statutory Rights 

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. In the European Union, goods are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery; in the United Kingdom, by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is defective, contact us at ka@jucjet.com: repair, replacement or refund is provided in line with these laws, and we cover the return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
