We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at ka@jucjet.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

To exchange an item, please initiate a return request. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return under this right, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
